You are being invited to participate in a research study uncovering the impacts that MDFR has on its listeners. The study is being carried out by Hannah Percival at The University of Liverpool in collaboration with MDFR. Before you decide whether or not to participate, it is important for you to understand why the research is being conducted and what it will involve.
The main aim of this project is to discover the impact that the MDFR has on people listening, including finding out who the people listening actually are, as well as what the organisation could be doing to better serve its listeners.
The results of this questionnaire will be compiled into a client report for MDFR and will also be submitted for academic assessment as part of Hannah Percival's degree.
You will not be identifiable in the report as all results will be anonymised.
If you decide you want to stop taking part whilst the questionnaire is being completed, you are free to do so without any explanation at any time. Please just exit the survey or close the browser window. However, once the questionnaire has been submitted, you will not be able to withdraw your information. This is because no personal, identifiable information will be collected from you, therefore it will not be possible to locate your data in order to withdraw it.
The University processes personal data as part of its research and teaching activities in accordance with the lawful basis of ‘public task’.
