1. QUESTIONNAIRE CONSENT FORM - THE USE OF DATA -

You have been invited to participate in a questionnaire on methods used for the storage and mounting of shoes in museum and heritage collections. This is an academic research project being conducted by Charlotte Lolita Cameron, student at MPhil Textile Conservation at the University of Glasgow. The data collected from completed questionnaires will be used to gain an understanding of the range of methods currently used by museums and heritage collections for the storage of shoes. The researcher’s aim is to develop a time-efficient and adaptable method of shoe storage. This will be achieved by making a range of different storage devices and further developing them to improve time-efficiency.
