Technical Assistance Request Form

Dear colleagues, 

Please use this form to request technical assistance and ensure you have provided as much information as possible. 

What will happen once you've submitted it?

1. The CSN Secretariat will send the TA request to registered TA providers using the sun.csnetwork@savethechildren.org.uk email address.

2. TA providers will be encouraged to respond directly.

3. The CSN Secretariat will check in with the individual who requested TA one week after the request has been shared to check on the status of the TA. 

4. If a TA provider has not been identified, the CSN Secretariat will try to identify a provider. Please note that we cannot guarantee the allocation of a TA provider. 

5. Once a TA provider has confirmed availability and accepted the request, the TA provider and recipient collaborate to address. The TA provider informs the Secretariat of the progress.

6. When the TA is complete, both the TA provider and TA recipient fill in the TA evaluation survey. The evaluation is used to assess the satisfaction rate and impact of the support delivered.
