Social Care Staff Survey
This survey is for all staff working to deliver social care to adults. It has been developed to find out more about how staff view their jobs. It is an addition to other surveys that have recently been carried out by the NHS as well as some other employers.
This survey aims to find out what you think about the work that you do and what you enjoy about working in social care. It also asks questions about safeguarding of service users and the kind of training and support you have received recently.
The answers you give will be CONFIDENTIAL and ANONYMOUS so that no one need worry about their comments being used wrongly. You do not have to give your name when you complete the survey.
The survey is being managed externally by a Human Resources consultancy, Switched On Consulting Limited, which specialises in improving people management in the social care sector.
The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
