Human Resources Audit

This short audit has been designed to test what Human Resources systems and procedures you have in place and how effective you think they are.  
 
The questions cover different stages in the employment life cycle beginning with recruitment up to ending employment.   The questions cover some of the critical requirements, some of which are legal requirements.  

You will be asked to respond to each question, but there is a "not able to answer" response if you don't know or if the question is not applicable.    
 
At the end, you will need to complete your details if you want a copy of your response and a report setting out the results for all questionnaires completed.
