Psychological care survey

0%

Macmillan recognises that emotional and psychological challenges are part of the experience of cancer.  It is important that people affected by cancer are able to access the kind of psychological support that’s right for them.  That might be an informal chat, a support group or more formal counselling or psychological therapy.

Macmillan have funded an 18 month project to look at what kinds of psychological support are currently available for people affected by cancer across Scotland.  We have developed this short survey to ask your views, as either a patient or as a family member/friend of someone with cancer. We will write a report with the main findings from this survey. All results will be anonymised and no-one will be identifiable in our report.

We promise to keep your details safe and never sell or swap them with anyone. This includes any sensitive personal data you may provide. Our privacy policy on our website at Privacy Policy explains how we keep this promise. If you don’t want to hear from us, or change your mind about how we contact you, email contact@macmillan.org.uk or call 0300 1000 200.

Thanks for taking the time to complete this short survey. Your responses will be greatly appreciated and valued by the project team
