West Yorkshire & Harrogate Health and Care Partnership are funding a project to create a prototype of an app that aims to reduce barriers children and young people may face when accessing health and other services.
We have held several workshops and interviews to co-design a prototype of an app with parent/carers, service staff and young people in the region.

The video explains the key features of the app and how we anticipate this working for children and young people.Then complete the survey on the following pages to tell us what you think. Your feedback is really important in helping us to understand whether this will work in a range of settings. It will also help us to improve the app design.
