Provider Survey: Medicaid $15 Minimum Wage

HCAF exists to provide representation, communication, and advocacy for Florida home health care providers, and to give them the education and resources they need to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services to patients and clients at home. We welcome feedback from providers about any issues interfering with or hindering the effective delivery of care and the normal operation of business.

The $15 minimum wage mandate for Medicaid workers went into effect on October 1, 2022. Beginning January 1, 2023, a worker that is not receiving a wage of at least $15 per hour may bring legal action against a Medicaid provider that is not in compliance with the mandate.

For HCAF to effectively communicate what providers are experiencing to policymakers at the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), the Governor's office, and the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) health plans, your feedback is essential.

Please complete a brief survey to let us know the status of your provider contracts with the health plans. The information you provide will be compiled for sharing with AHCA and/or the health plans, but your identifying information will remain confidential
