The Solicitors' Charity is an independent organisation. We have no links or regulatory duties associated with the SRA. This means that the personal and professional information you provide to us will be treated in the strictest confidence.
The only circumstances where we would consider making a disclosure to another party is where we are required to act to protect adults at risk and/or children (Safeguarding). In this event, where possible, appropriate, and practical, we will tell you what we intend to do, our reasons for doing so and seek your consent to raise a concern.
All information that you give will be treated with the utmost respect and will not be judged in anyway. It will be used to identify and provide you with the most appropriate level of support through our services, or to signpost you to other useful sources.
