What is this about?
Healthwatch Oxfordshire want to hear about your recent experience of getting prescriptions from your pharmacy. Have you had problems or delays getting your prescriptions, or has it been easy?

Who are Healthwatch Oxfordshire?
Healthwatch Oxfordshire is an independent charity for people who use health and social care services. We find out what matters to local people and make sure their views are heard by the people who make decisions about those services.

What do we want to know and why?
We want to hear from Oxfordshire residents about their experiences of getting prescriptions from the pharmacy. We will use what you tell us to help shape the support people need and to improve services. You can give answers in the survey for yourself, or for a friend or family member if they need support.
