It is your statutory duty to notify the Local Authority of any changes to your Safeguarding Team. Please use this form to make any required updates.

In this form you are not required to update all fields - please ensure that you complete the correct field (add new details/remove) to avoid current colleagues actively in role from being deleted. 

When adding multiple individuals please separate any names and email addresses with a semi-colon (;).
