Thank you for taking part in this survey.
Campbell Tickell is working with the National Housing Federation in reviewing the NHF’s Code of Conduct.
The purpose of this short survey is to capture your views on what you think of the current Code, where you see there are opportunities for changes and what you think are the priorities for the refreshed Code.
We want to hear from everyone across the sector, whether you are a resident, employee, Board member or stakeholder. Your responses will help us in designing a Code of Conduct that works for you.
The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Your participation is voluntary, and all responses will be treated in confidence. Responses will be anonymised and analysed in aggregate only, meaning no individual respondent will be identified in any reporting or outputs. Any information you provide will be handled securely and used solely for the purposes of this research. For more information please see our privacy notice.
The deadline for completion is 27th May 2026
