North Kensington General Wellbeing Survey 2019

Why are we asking you to fill in this survey? 

We are asking residents of North Kensington about your health and wellbeing, what you are doing for yourself and family that helps increase your wellbeing, so we can learn from what people find most useful, and what services, if any, you use and what you think of them, so we can change them to suit your needs.  
 
The survey is completely anonymous, unless you choose at the end to be part of an ongoing follow up study.
