Your Peak District … your say in its future.
In 1951, the Peak District became the country’s first National Park. So this year the Peak District National Park celebrates its 70th birthday!
Can you help shape the future of the National Park for the next 70 years?
We want your help in deciding what our planning policies should include and say, for example:
- Should we allow new developments?
- How much should we protect our green spaces?
- How much should we try to combat climate change?
These policies will stand for many years and will affect anyone who lives, works or visits the Peak District National Park.
The survey is in 13 sections. It should take about 20 minutes to complete.
If you want to learn more about the issues affecting the Peak District please visit www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/localplan
The survey is anonymous.
The survey will be available for 12 weeks closing at 23:59 on Wednesday 5 May 2021.
Results will be published on our website and influence the next stage in the process.
