This is the application form to attend the Periods in Mirror Symmetry workshop, 19-23 September 2022.

Please note, applications will close Friday 19 August, 3pm. We are unable to accept applications beyond this time. You will be contacted by Sarah Black (ICMS Conference Coordinator) once the organisers have reviewed all applications.

12. There are limited funds available for financial support therefore ICMS may be able to contribute to your travel and accommodation costs. If you have access to your own funds, it would be useful if you could utilise this.

Should your application be successful, you will be required to book your own travel and accommodation.
