This portal is part of an initiative by Public Health England (PHE) to identify what works within organisations to improve staff health and wellbeing. The aim of this study is to gather information about what types of practices are available, and assess the evidence behind these interventions.
All submitted practices will be listed in the final report, and will receive feedback from the study team regarding the level of evidence and steps that the organisation could take to develop the understanding of the impact of the intervention. A selection of promising or innovative practices will be approached to provide further information to develop detailed case studies and presented as infographics in the final report. These case studies, together with a summary of findings from this study and list of submissions, will be available as a public report to support employers who want to take action to improve employee health and wellbeing.
All responses will be stored securely by RAND Europe, the principal contractor for this research.
We will ask you a number of questions about your intervention/programme, the target group, and any evidence of impact that is available. In some instances, this may require you to enter details of any evaluations conducted of your intervention/programme. You may wish to have this information to hand before beginning the survey, but you can save your responses at any time and come back later to finish the survey.
If you would like to submit more than one practice, we ask that you please submit each practice separately using this form.
