What were the challenges you were experiencing before you started using SmartSurvey?
A major issue for us was cost. By bringing our annual survey in house we saved tens of thousands of dollars annually. Another challenge was that we found that external companies are not specialised in our business model so the analysis and outputs often didn't meet our expectations.

Their customer service and excellent response time with support tickets was also another factor in our decision to choose SmartSurvey over other online survey companies.
What was the result that came from using SmartSurvey and what difference or impact has it made or will it make?
Since we started using SmartSurvey, our survey results are now more aligned with our operational requirements. Our operational efficiency has improved due to the ability to track results in real time. We no longer have to wait for third party communication. We can also customize our reports and access immediately available raw data, which assists with our ability to draw conclusions and view patterns more easily. As mentioned above, there has also been a huge saving to our budget compared to the contracting of third party companies.
