Delighted stops accepting annual renewals on 1 July 2025, monthly plans end on 31 May 2026, and all customer data is permanently deleted after 30 June 2026. Feature development has already stopped. Delighted's most expensive self-serve plan allows only 500 per month, roughly 6,000 per year. The difference is significant at any meaningful scale, and SmartSurvey removes Delighted's 10-question cap entirely. SmartSurvey has no limit on questions per survey.

Yes. SmartSurvey connects with Salesforce and HubSpot for contact management, Power BI and Microsoft Teams for reporting and sharing, and your existing systems through a full API and webhooks. You can also embed surveys directly into websites and apps. Delighted has no native Microsoft integrations at all.
SmartSurvey is ISO 27001 certified and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant, with UK data storage on all plans. Delighted stores data on AWS in an undisclosed region with no published ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials credentials of its own.
