What is Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)?
How eNPS Works
The scoring breaks down like this:
Detractors (0-6)
Unhappy employees unlikely to recommend your organisation.
Passives (7-8)
Content but uncommitted employees with neutral sentiment.
Promoters (9-10)
Highly satisfied employees who actively recommend you.
Your eNPS score = % Promoters minus % Detractors
For example, if 80% of your employees are Promoters and 5% are Detractors, your eNPS is 75.
