All the survey data you collect via SmartSurvey will be stored for as long as you need it. When you need to delete it, you can clear responses from a survey easily by date, or in full. Finding and managing individual responses is also easy via search.

Survey management is made easy with our export options. You can export the data of any survey to a wide range of industry standard formats. Export individual responses as PDF or Word. Export bulk responses to Excel, CSV, TSV, SPSS. Export Summary Data to Excel or Word, or export crosstabs.

SmartSurvey gives you the facility to upload email or SMS contacts as contact lists in an online address book, which you can then use to target your survey invitations. Custom columns allow you to upload extra information about your contacts which you can use as part of filtering, use to drive skip logic, and include in reports and exports.

If you create a lot of surveys, then keeping track of them can be a challenge. That's why we include a survey management feature where you can sort your surveys into folders. Folders can be used to archive old surveys or be set to be a template folder—a repository of surveys you've created and want to use as templates for future surveys.

If you need to include images or downloadable files as part of your survey, then the File Library means you don't need any external hosting - you can upload your files to SmartSurvey, then get the URLs to use links or image embeds in your survey content.
