The sun is setting on your CX programme with Delighted
So, Delighted is being sunsetted (tech speak for shutting down). Not just trimming features or going quiet for a while, but being phased out completely. “We will stop adding new features and capabilities to Delighted effective immediately, and product renewals will only be possible for up to 12 months with the latest contract end date of 30 June 2026.”
