The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists Works to improve health care for women by setting standards, training and educating doctors, and advocating for women's health worldwide. The challenge

The RCOG had been using online surveys for a number of years but had a requirement for a new solution in order to maintain GDPR compliance. Because of this existing programme of surveys in place, a key challenge was to ensure continuity by having the same features as their previous solution. After evaluating a number of online survey tools, The College chose SmartSurvey, after a staff member recommended it.

The solution

SmartSurvey’s range of functionality, ease of use, and GDPR compliance was key in forming the solution for the RCOG. The email tool allows easy distribution of surveys to respondents.

By using a specific online survey system, the RCOG has been able to ensure data security for its HR surveys. Alternative solutions may have had the result of HR data being available to a wider group than just the appropriate persons.

The results
