New Draft Status and Clearer Survey Badges

It is now easier to see whether a survey is still being prepared, open for responses or closed.

All new surveys now start in Draft. A Draft survey has never been opened, giving you a clear distinction between work in progress and surveys that are not currently open.

Status badges also now appear in My Surveys and beside the survey title in the builder, so you can check a survey's status at a glance.

Existing surveys will not be relabelled. Any survey that showed Closed before this update will continue to show Closed.
