We’re thrilled to be recognised as a Category Leader* for the performance of our survey software, in a freshly published report from leading business software discovery platform specialists, GetApp. This latest achievement further builds on the success we’ve already had this year in winning a raft of accolades with online software review specialists including Crozdesk.com and G2 Crowd.

Great Performing Survey Software Supporting an Ever-Expanding Customer Base

Based on user reviews of key performance indicators including ease of use, features, customer support and value for money, our survey software achieved an overall score of 92%, which puts us within the top 5 of all business apps reviewed under this year’s Category Leader group.

This latest recognition is testament to the popularity of our survey software, which has continued to grow in 2020, and recently passed 300,000 users. It also reflective of the work we’ve done over the last 12 months to further improve our solution and customer support.

On the software side, through the release of new UX/UI enhancements, as well as working to make our solution as low code as possible, we’ve made our survey platform, features and tools even easier for customers to use.
