Renewals Executive

In view of the present pandemic situation, our team is working from home, however this role is office based and our team will return to normal business operations at our office in Tewkesbury.

We’re looking for a Renewals Executive to join a high growth SaaS business based in Tewkesbury. The right candidate will be looking to progress their career, joining a highly successful scale-up at an exciting time.

The Person We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a Renewals Executive, with a proven track record in sales administration. You will be confident dealing with people over the phone and via email, tech-savvy and able to work using own initiative.

Responsibilities include

  • Using Salesforce manage daily list of “renewal quotes due”, this entails checking / correcting products and quantities, creating the quote, issuing the quote and updating the Salesforce opportunity
  • Using Salesforce manage daily list of “pre-renewal PO required”, this entails checking for any updates, issuing reminders for PO (phone and email), and updating the Salesforce opportunity
  • Using Salesforce manage daily list of “renewal invoices due”, this entails checking renewal response, raising invoice request and updating the Salesforce opportunity
  • Using Salesforce manage daily list of “renewal deactivations”, this entails checking renewal response, deactivating accounts and updating the Salesforce opportunity
  • Using Salesforce manage daily list of “post renewal PO required”, this entails checking for any updates, issuing reminders for PO (phone and email), and updating the Salesforce opportunity
  • Using Salesforce manage daily list of “renewal downgrades”, this entails checking for any updates, downgrading accounts and updating the Salesforce opportunity
  • Be the first responder to inbound sales calls, deal with basic enquiries and correctly transfer / allocate more detailed enquiries to the Net New or Account management teams. Ensure calls are correctly updated and added to Salesforce

Required Skills & Experience

  • You must be tech savvy and have experience of MS packages (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), previous experience with Salesforce and HubSpot will be an advantage
  • Meticulous about the quality of work
  • Able to work in a fast moving, scale up environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • The ability to portray products and services accurately
  • Able to deal professionally with rejection
  • Able to maintain a friendly personable manner under pressure
  • Excellent independent judgment
  • SaaS / Software sales experience, is an advantage for this role
  • Previous experience within online survey software is an advantage
