The rapid spread of Covid-19 is creating a difficult time for families, communities and businesses around the world. Considering the situation, I wanted to update you with what we have been doing at SmartSurvey to ensure continuity of service during this time of uncertainty.

Our mission is to not only provide great data collection software and support for our customers but also to provide a great place to work for our employees. To achieve this, the health and wellbeing of our customers and employee’s is paramount.

This week we implemented a remote working policy enabling the entire SmartSurvey team to work from home. This plan has been implemented with careful consideration in line with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus to ensure we are compliant while maintaining the high levels of support and security you have come to expect. We have also restricted all travel and will be conducting any meetings via conference call or web meeting.

We are fortunate that as a software company the change to remote working is straight forward and will have minimal impact in our ability to deliver the product and support you are used to.

Whilst we have done our best to re-route phones we would very much appreciate if you could either raise a ticket, email or enquire through the website as opposed to phoning. Your enquiry will be passed to a team member via these channels and they will get back to you soon as they are available.

The next few months will be challenging for both business and communities. For SmartSurvey we are taking all the steps we can to care and support both our customers and employees. We are all positive that the situation will improve, and life will be back to normal in the coming months as we are seeing in other countries around the world.

Thank you for your business and patience during this challenging time and please look after one another.

Best Wishes,

Mo Naser
CEO
