The requirement

CCS wanted to obtain a better system for capturing and managing their customer satisfaction surveys. This would allow them to report results both internally, and to clients in a transparent manner. Before using SmartSurvey, they were collecting information manually, using forms sent by post and telephone surveys. They found SmartSurvey via an internet search and signed up for a trial.

The solution

SmartSurvey gave to create and manage separate campaigns and easily gather data from multiple sources and clients. Combining this with the forms and reports via single platform gave flexibility and the ease of use helped productivity.

The results

CCS now have a much better handle on gathering customer satisfaction results. This allows them to report this information, which in turn means they can find and then action any non-satisfactory results. With a better reporting base and better ability to capture more information with more honest and accurate feedback on services, this means they can be much more responsive to their customers and target the right areas for improvement.
