Enable automatic translation at the question level for any open text question. When responses come in, they translate automatically into your survey's default language.
The translated responses appear everywhere you analyse open-text feedback:

- Data exports
- Word clouds (which update based on translated text by default)

Getting started is simple
- Go to your survey's question settings
- Find the open text questions you want to translate
- Enable "AI Response Translation"
- Choose your target language (your survey's default language)
- Responses translate automatically as they arrive

AI Credit Usage
AI Response Translation uses credits from your account's AI Credit balance. Each translated response costs 1 AI Credit.
You can monitor usage on your AI Credits Usage page to see which surveys and questions are using credits. If your balance runs low, top up to keep translations running smoothly.
This means you control costs by choosing which questions to translate. Enable it where multilingual responses are expected.
What you need to know
The feature works with all open text question types: single textbox, comment box, and multiple textboxes.
Translations happen automatically as responses are submitted.
Word clouds update based on translated text by default, making it easier to spot common themes across languages.
