Cases is now available! Take action on every survey response, every time

After incorporating valuable feedback from our Closed Beta participants, our case management solution Cases is now ready for all users to experience how it transforms closing the loop with your respondents.

What is Cases?

Think of it as your feedback command centre - no more spreadsheet chaos, having to wonder if someone followed up on a negative (or even positive) response.

With Cases you can manage your feedback follow-ups more effectively. Assign the case to the right team member, track what's happening with it, and - most importantly - follow up with the respondent who gave you the feedback in the first place.

It's the difference between simply collecting feedback and actually doing something with it.

Getting Started is Simple

1. Spot the issue: Open any response from your Dashboard, Text Analysis, or Response Table. Click "Cases", set your priority level and assign it to a team member, then hit "Create Case".

2. Have the Conversation: Email respondents directly, track replies, leave internal notes for your team and change the Case’s details such as status and assignee. 

3. View your cases: Click the case link directly in any response which has a related case, or head to your Case Inbox via the left sidebar to see all of your cases in one place.
