Your team's collecting customer feedback. Surveys go out. Responses come back. Data piles up.
But here's the thing. Nobody's actually doing anything with it.

The data collection trap

Week one: 200 responses. Brilliant.
Week two: 350 more. Getting interesting.

Keep dashboards for what they’re best at (weekly/monthly reporting and shared understanding), and build push-based workflows for action.
- When a detractor response or low satisfaction score comes in, push it to where work already happens: Slack, Teams, email.
- Create a ticket automatically (support, success, ops) with the response attached.
- Route by rules: score, segment, keyword, account owner, region, etc.
